The Portal Menu now offers a new entry, Effect Administration:

Selecting the entry will take you to the Effect Administration page outlined below:

In the upper right corner you find a button to add or remove effect packages as outlined below:

If we select KMD WorkZone Basic the effects from this package is added to the list of effects.

By clicking the checkbox to the left of each effect you can now activate the effect in your organization. We decide to activate these four effects:

Effects need various configuration and we've segmented this into three areas:
- Test - DCR Simulator always use the configuration from the test area
- Staging
- Production
For the WorkZone Basic Effects we need a URL pointing to WorkZone and OAuth2 authentication details as illustrated below:

Fill in the proper information.
Once filled in you can test your effects in DCR Simulator. Create a new graph, import the effects and try it out. Click Import under effects and the four effects will be added:

Finally, you can export the effect configuration as a json file which can be uploaded into various systems such as KMD WorkZone. A snipped from the json file is illustrated below:

Notice that national holidays is included in the configuration.
Configure your own effects
DCR Portal 7.3.0 allows you to configure your own effects using DCR Effect Lab outlined below:

Effects can no longer be added directly to the graph but most be imported from the organization.
DCR Portal 7.5 introduces effect fragments which can be configured in effect lab.
Configure effects in KMD WorkZone
If you use KMD WorkZone you simply upload this file into WorkZone under Configuration/Process by selecting web services configuration:
