Service Level Agreements

In order to meet our customers requirements, we continuously monitor the DCR portal to ensure it is always operational. The service is provided by an independent 3rd party provider, Site24x7.

Our goal is to ensure a 100% uptime in order to ensure a smooth exprience for our customers. However things can sometimes go wrong.

We’re very proud that we’ve not had a single downtime since July 2020.

We upgrade the portal at least once monthly. In most situations we do not need a maintenance window.

December 31st, 2020

In 2020we had an uptime of 99,96% over the year, the best uptime ever. Notice that since July 19, 2020 we have not had a single downtime of the DCR Portal.

December 31st, 2019

In 2019 we had an uptime of 99,79% over the year, not as good as in 2018.

December 31st, 2018

After a year of monitoring using Site24x7 we are proud to present an uptime in 2018 of 99,94%.
