Service Level Agreements

In order to meet our customers requirements, we continuously monitor the DCR portal to ensure it is always operational. The service is provided by an independent 3rd party provider, Site24x7.

Our goal is to ensure a 100% uptime in order to ensure a smooth exprience for our customers. However things can sometimes go wrong.

We upgrade the portal at least once monthly. In most situations we do not need a maintenance window.

March 31st, 2022

In the 1st quarter of 2022 we had a 93,55% uptime which was the worst uptime ever reported. This was due to the fact that our hosting provider shut down all connections from our servers to the internet as they feared for a ransomware attack. It turned out there were no attack on our servers.

However, due to this experience we’re working hard to provide a plan to avoid such issues in the future. We will use a secondary hosting provider to ensure uptime of the portal should this occur again.

December 31st, 2021

In 2021 we had an uptime of 99,99%. On May 28th, 2021, we had a 4 minute downtime due to a router failure and on Novembr 15th, we had a 46 seconds downtime due to an issue at our hosting provider.

December 31st, 2020

In 2020 we had an uptime of 99,96% over the year, the best uptime ever. Notice that since July 19, 2020 we have not had a single downtime of the DCR Portal.

December 31st, 2019

In 2019 we had an uptime of 99,79% over the year, not as good as in 2018.

December 31st, 2018

After a year of monitoring using Site24x7 we are proud to present an uptime in 2018 of 99,94%.
